The Role
As Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the lettings operation, helping landlords find quality tenants and assisting applicants in securing their next home. No two days are the same. One day you could be conducting viewings and negotiating offers, the next you could be speaking with landlords, registering applicants or progressing tenancies through to move-in.
