As a Spa Beauty Therapist our Guests will enjoy the professional and personalised spa experience you offer.

The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will ensure our guests have a memory to share.

Working within the Spa Therapy team, you will deliver the highest standards of Wellness Spa therapies in line with our brand standards.

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure that treatment rooms and public areas are prepared for treatments, and maintained accordingly at all times.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and check with guests to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout service.
  • Promote and sell spa services, up-selling the spa’s products at every opportunity.
  • All treatments should be delivered in a professional and appropriate manner ensuring customers are comfortable and at ease whilst receiving an excellent service, through conversation and pleasant surroundings.
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services including skin care and body treatments to guests using body scrubs and wraps.
  • Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products.
  • Assist with demonstrations, events, spa show-rounds to members, clients and guests as required.
  • Maintain at all times operational standards in regards to service, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Assist and be courteous to guests, displaying good customer care, hospitality and social skills at all times.

  • Have experience of working within a hotel operation or a similar high quality environment
  • Capable and dedicated to delivering high levels of guest care
  • A smart, polished and professional appearance
