To be a Breakfast Assistant, we want to see talent and passion so that you can deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that both standards and specifications are met, creating a service delivery that will be an occasion for all guests.
Key Tasks will involve:
- Understanding your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification
- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times
- Being fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate, offering this information to the guest
- Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Company standards
- Anticipating and attending to the guest’s needs and desires immediately
- Assisting with greeting, seating and order taking
- Helping guests with the selection of menu items and drink requirements
