We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Contracts Manager to lead our Contracts Department, managing engineers and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, taking ownership of projects and driving excellent customer service.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead, motivate and develop engineers and coordinators
- Manage contracts from order through to completion
- Coordinate installations, resources and site teams
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
- Chair weekly production meetings
- Oversee schedules, invoicing and contract administration
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years’ experience in installations, contracts or project management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Good understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NEBOSH/IOSH, SMSTS or CSCS advantageous
