Your Role:
- Produce accurate tenders, quotations & cost estimates
- Review drawings, specs & schedules to prepare proposals
- Use AutoCAD/Revit to support design & estimation
- Collaborate with suppliers, clients & teams to deliver competitive bids
- Identify value-engineering opportunities
- Support growth of the estimating function & progress toward leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years estimating experience (fire suppression, fire protection, or M&E)
- Residential experience preferred (commercial candidates considered with training)
- Strong technical knowledge of suppression systems
- Knowledge of BS 9251 & BS EN 12845 (highly desirable)
- AutoCAD/Revit experience essential
- Commercially aware, detail-focused & confident communicator
- Ambitious, with the drive to progress into management
