We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and passionate full time Resource Base Teacher at Windmill Primary School to provide high quality teaching and learning within the school’s resource base, ensuring pupils with complex needs make strong academic, social, emotional and developmental progress. In this role, you will work collaboratively to enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school and ensuring they are supported, engaged and inspired in their learning. You will benefit from collaboration across the cluster of schools, including working closely with other year group colleagues to support professional development and workload. This is an exciting time to join our schools, as there are opportunities for staff training and development within the school, cluster and Trust.

About Our Cluster
Consisting of four schools within a newly established primary school cluster overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Windmill Primary School, the cluster includes Wheatfield Primary School, Floreat Montague Park Primary School and Frogmore Junior School. This role provides opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across the cluster to share expertise and experience, supporting all children to reach their potential and enabling career progression across the cluster.
