Windmill Primary School is seeking an inspiring, values-led and inclusion-focused Headteacher to lead our warm, nurturing and ambitious school into its next chapter. What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proven school leader with strong moral purpose and a commitment to high-quality education for every child. For this role, we are particularly interested in applications from:
- Qualified SENCOs, or Leaders with substantial experience in SEND strategy, inclusion or pupil support
You will bring the clarity, confidence and emotional intelligence required to lead a small school where relationships and community sit at the heart of everything we do. Windmill is a place where every child’s strengths are recognised and where support for individual needs is woven into everyday practice. You will sustain our strong ethos, ensuring all pupils — including those with SEND and diverse learning needs — continue to receive excellent support and achieve highly. Ofsted has highlighted the school’s effective provision for disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND, and you will play a key role in building on this success.
