We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join our friendly, no-nonsense team in Horndean. We’re not chasing quotas or rushing jobs. We’re focused on doing things properly, building trust with our customers, and keeping their cars in great shape for the long haul.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out diagnostics, servicing and repairs on a range of makes and models
  • Delivering quality workmanship, whether it’s a simple service or a more complex fault
  • Working efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining a clean, professional workspace
  • Supporting the garage team where needed (no egos here)
  • Optionally, carrying out MOTs if qualified – not essential, but nice to have

What we’re looking for

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • A solid all-rounder with good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and does things properly
  • Friendly and professional with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MOT tester certification is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
