The Glade at Windmill Farm Park is seeking a creative and experienced Chef to lead our new restaurant. You will design vibrant, seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and bring your own ideas to the kitchen.
The role involves leading the team, managing menu development and costings, and nurturing best practices for stock, rotation, and profitability. Hours are 9am–5pm, five days a week around the restaurant’s opening times.
