Job Description: We're looking for acreative and experiencedChefto lead our team atThe Glade, an exciting new restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. You'll have the opportunity tocreate vibrant, seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, bringing your own ideas and personality to the kitchen. Ability to lead and manage the team, menu development and costings, to nurture good practices of stock ordering, rotation, minimising waste and maximising profitability.
Usual hours are 9am - 5 pm, 5 days a week around the opening times of the restaurant. Current trading days are Thursday- Monday (closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays) From Easter, seven days a week until resuming autumn winter closures at the end of summer.
This position is ideal for someone ready to take on a role of helping to grow a new business, along side personal growth learning management skills and business development.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and up for discussion at interview.
