The Role
This is a standalone Finance Manager position, offering full ownership of the finance function across two creative businesses within the group. You'll be the sole in-house finance professional—responsible for all aspects of day-to-day financial management and commercial insight. You'll work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to provide strategic analysis, cash flow planning, and scenario modelling, while also managing core operations such as invoicing, ledger maintenance, and management accounts. You'll act as the primary contact for external accountants and lead financial development as the business scales.
