We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time. As the face of our pharmacy on the road, you will provide excellent service with every delivery while representing our values of care, trust, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and promptly deliver prescriptions and pharmacy products directly to patients' homes and care facilities.
  • Handle all deliveries with care, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service during every interaction.
  • Accurately record deliveries, obtain required signatures, and manage any returns.
  • Maintain open communication with the pharmacy team regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
  • Drive and park safely while adhering to traffic laws and pharmacy policies.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Own personal reliable, roadworthy vehicle suitable for deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize large quantity of deliveries efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of patient confidentiality and professionalism when handling medications.
  • Role is for part time with hours 11-7pm (hours provided are an average and are not fixed, determined on workload).
  • MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE TO COMPLETE DELIVERIES.
