Location: Windermere, BC V0B 2L2

Salary: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour (to be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Full time (term or contract)

Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
