An exciting opportunity to lead a new community support project, helping local people access services and support they need.

22.5 hours per week - £14.50 per hour
\n
\n
Based in Windermere with some home working and local travel.
\n
\n
We're looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with experience supporting people facing disadvantage, poverty or social exclusion. Strong communication and networking skills and a full driving licence are essential.
\n
\n
The post includes pension benefits and 5 weeks' holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
