We are an international compliance and consulting company specialising in cross-border e-commerce compliance services across the UK and Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time E-commerce Compliance Specialist to support client communications and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international e-commerce clients by email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with compliance onboarding and document collection
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding VAT registrations, EPR applications, and regulatory processes
- Follow up on ongoing client cases and maintain accurate records
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with emails, documents, and online systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
