The close-knit team is led by a Head of Facilities and is supported by an Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Assistant, Senior Reprographics Coordinator, and two front of house Receptionists. The department is responsible for the smooth running of our offices, including managing all ingoing/outgoing mail, bulk scanning, copying, printing, documentation management and archiving. The team also ensures the London office is secure, safe, and that amenities are stocked/in working order.
The team works on a shift pattern, making sure there is a member of the team onsite in the London office between 07:30 and 18:30. As a Reprographics Coordinator, you will be required to provide cover for 09:00-18:00; however, during annual leave or sick leave, you may be required to provide cover for one of the other shifts on an ad-hoc basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that the requests for copying/scanning of documentation and the collating and binding of documents are completed fast, efficiently and properly. You will work with your team colleagues and our various legal/business service teams to provide a smooth and efficient service.
ABOUT YOU

- Microsoft Office (printing and basic design i.e. name cards and signage)
- Creating e-bibles
- Fiery Command Workstation
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, supportive team who have decades of experience in legal facilities management. The team are looking forward to welcoming a new member and can offer plenty of knowledge sharing opportunities.
