This is a full time (35hr a week) position. The team focuses on every sector of the residential property market. They specialise in freehold enfranchisement, lease extensions both acting for landlord and for flat owners, conveyancing for individuals, rights of first refusal, right to manage claims and other leasehold issues.

The role will see you working as part of a team providing administrative support for the team of one Partner, Legal Director, Senior Associate, Associate, Solicitor and two Paralegals. You will also be working alongside another Legal Secretary. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

Experience with a legal document management system (we use NetDocs), the legal billing process (we use 3E), and document formatting are essential for this role.
