Alongside the L&D Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery of professional skills and technical development sessions, providing invaluable administrative support, as well as championing a growth mindset around the firm.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Support the L&D Manager to coordinate development programme logistics, including scheduling, registrations, room bookings
- Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries
- Prepare materials and work with the L&D Manager to develop course content
- Build high quality relationships with external training providers and internal stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Collate course feedback, analyse respondent data and make recommendations to enhance the offering
- Process invoices from suppliers and other external contacts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first role in an L&D team and over time, the position could lead on to a broader role, providing more direct support in the facilitating of professional skills and technical development sessions.
