Mountbatten Hospice in Winchester is seeking a part-time Shop Manager to maximise sales and manage staff, volunteers and stock at our town centre shop.
You will lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, maintain presentation standards and coordinate with Warehouse, Fundraising, Finance and People Services.
Hours are 15 per week with flexibility including weekends, enabling you to support Mountbatten’s mission while working in a friendly community environment.
