A new Mountbatten Hampshire charity shop is set to open in Winchester’s Jewry Street this spring. This new shop is a fantastic addition to our charity shop network across the Hampshire area that we serve.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Manager to maximise sales and minimise costs through accountable effective management of employees, volunteers, stock and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and training all employees and volunteers who work in your shop, ensuring that they maintain our high standards at all times.

You will create a team spirit in your shop reflecting the image, reputation and values of Mountbatten, delivering excellent customer service and presenting a professional image to employees, volunteers and customers at all times.
