Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, top Massachusetts-recognized 223-bed regional hospital, leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services in the northwest suburban Boston area.
As a Registered Nurse in our ICU team, your responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
- Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required; BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Work experience in a unit-specific specialty is preferred.
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
