Job Description

Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as an RN for our ICU team, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
  • Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtaining a BSN within 5 years of hire.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Schedule and Additional Information

  • Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation.
  • All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
