Reporting Relationships
Reports to Support Services Supervisor and/or Lead Radiology Associate. Not responsible for supervising others.
Job Functions
- Provide administrative support to improve patient satisfaction and department operations
- Greet and assist patients and visitors, answer questions, direct individuals, and provide directions
- Answer phones, process orders, copy/fax paperwork, and handle general inquiries
- Confirm patient appointments, provide exam instructions, and verify schedules
- Assist with patient comfort and coordinate transportation as needed
- Monitor software for results, process and document accordingly
- Manage imaging studies, including exporting and uploading to PACS
- Provide telephone coverage and perform data entry
Physical and Mental Requirements
Must have physical and mental ability to perform duties with WE CARE behaviors. Vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 is required.
