Broad Range of Specialties – General, bariatric, gynecology, urology, thoracic, ENT, vascular, plastics, podiatry, and orthopedics. Advanced Surgeries with state-of-the-art technology – Robotics, specialized endoscopy, vascular procedures, and more. Role In this highly visible role, you’ll lead a team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, personalized surgical care. As Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee: Staff Management – Empower your team through development, education and goal-driven strategies. Business Growth and Improvement – Enhance the patient care experience while expanding our service lines. Operations & Throughput – Optimize workflows to maximize efficiency. Budget & Resource Management – Maintain fiscal responsibility and resource allocation. Quality & Safety – Champion best practices and patient-centered care. Collaboration – Fosters open, direct communication between personnel, patients, and physicians to build strong partnerships and a united care environment. Ideal Candidates Will Possess The Following A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (or commitment to obtain MSN within 5 years of hire). Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in Surgical Services. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting (budget management experience highly preferred). Current Massachusetts RN licensure (or ability to obtain upon hire). National Nursing Specialty Certification (within 2 years of employment).
