Manager, Hospital Quality, Analytics and Performance Improvement

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Manager of Hospital Quality, Analytics, and Performance Improvement. Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Quality & Patient Safety, this role involves overseeing the hospital\’s quality and performance improvement initiatives. As part of the leadership team, you will supervise staff to achieve quality, safety, and performance goals, impacting patient outcomes and hospital success.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Nursing; Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare/Quality field

Experience

  • Required: At least 3 years in performance improvement or data analytics; leadership in PI or quality projects; 3+ years supervisory/management experience
  • Preferred: Budget management; experience with regulatory quality programs; Joint Commission accreditation

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Effective communication in English
  • Knowledge of core measures, quality databases
  • Preferred: Epic EMR, Lean/Six Sigma or other PI models

Certifications

  • Preferred: Massachusetts RN license; CPHQ certification
