Job Description:
As a Mammographer Technologist for our Breast care Center, you will be responsible for the following:
Independently performing mammographic examinations in accordance to department protocols and ACR imaging standards and safety standards, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, PACS, and other related medical imaging equipment This professional technologist position will have an impact on quality, safety and the patient experience.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology and/or appropriate training to obtain license
At least 1 year as a radiologic technologist including training in mammography
License/Certification Requirement:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified and registered radiographer and mammographer; Massachusetts DPH Radiation Control Program Radiography and Mammography License
