Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Quality Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare/Quality field Experience Required: At least 3 years in performance improvement or data analytics; leadership in PI or quality projects; 3+ years supervisory/management experience Preferred: Budget management; experience with regulatory quality programs; Joint Commission accreditation Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint Effective communication in English Knowledge of core measures, quality databases Preferred: Epic EMR, Lean/Six Sigma or other PI models Certifications Preferred: Massachusetts RN license; CPHQ certification All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19.
