Job Functions:
- Clean clinical areas including patient rooms, hallways, and staff areas.
- Follow a seven-step cleaning process.
- Restock supplies.
- Introduce self to patients, maintain professionalism and privacy.
- Assist with distributing food trays.
- Update bed tracking and communicate with service centers.
- Maintain a clutter-free environment and assist in emergencies.
- Handle regulated medical waste following safety protocols.
- Remove, launder, and rehang curtains as needed.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to perform duties using WE CARE behaviors.
- Contact with potentially infectious materials.
- Ability to push, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Use of cleaning chemicals.
