Winchester College is seeking an Estates Director to oversee the day-to-day operation of the College and The Pilgrims’ School estates. Reporting to the Estates Bursar, you will provide leadership across maintenance, facilities management, housing, grounds and associated operational services to support an outstanding educational experience.
