We’re looking for a dynamic, curious and forward thinking Business Analyst to help drive one of the most exciting transformation programmes in the Council. You’ll play a central role in improving customer journeys and implementing a brand new CRM platform that will transform how we work across the digital Customer Experience. What you’ll be doing:
- Improving business processes to make them faster, smarter and more customer focused.
- Turning complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Creating high quality process maps and documentation that bring solutions to life.
- Designing CRM led process flows and supporting system testing and rollout of our new CRM.
- Working side by side with teams across the Council, IT and suppliers to make change happen.
- Facilitating workshops, gathering insights and championing new ways of working.
- Helping embed new processes and ensuring compliance with legislation.
What you’ll bring - Skills & experience:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Confident process mapper and requirements gatherer.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements and specifications.
- Excellent communicator who builds great relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with system testing, integration and CRM process building.
- Knowledge and working experience of Agile and BA methodologies.
- CRM or digital customer platform experience is a bonus.
