What we are looking for: You will be successful in theSenior Property Lawyerrole if: You have an innovative and commercial approach to ensure the delivery of a high quality in-house legal service. You are able to work as part of a team, be flexible, enthusiastic and committed. You have demonstratable experience of providing legal advice and support in local authority or a comparable organisation, applying the legislation, guidelines, regulations, code of practice and industry standards. You have supported asset purchase and disposal, landlord and tenant issues, and affordable housing schemes.
