As Damp, Mould and Disrepair Case Officer you will:
- Play an integral role in helping our customers, by providing advice, assistance and guidance on how best to deal with issues leading to damp and mould in the home.
- Through home visits, help to diagnose and arrange treatment to prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues in our customers' homes.
- Work collaboratively within the housing team and with colleagues across the landlord service to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure our reputation as a good social housing landlord is maintained.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- We are seeking someone with housing repairs experience preferably in regards to damp and mould case management, who is a good communicator with the required administration experience and the commitment and drive to see our damp and mould cases through to completion.
- Has experience of working in the Social Housing sector or a high-profile customer-focused organisation.
- Has experience in property maintenance, damp treatment, and repairs knowledge.
- Can work in stressful environments and diffuse, mediate, and resolve conflict.
