Job Description:
We are offering exceptional candidates a chance to be Warehouse Administrator. The role will be to undertake and assist in the day-to-day admin functions within the DC/RCC operation, ensuring all targets are met and the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and hygiene are maintained to meet expectations. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Administrator include:
- Ensuring the operation meets all requirements by completing each function to the highest standard
- Being flexible with working hours/days, complying with the site annualised hours scheme, and working 6th shifts when needed
- Facilitating effective communication at all levels
- Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhering to Safe Systems of Work
- Undertaking all training offered to become multi-skilled for a better understanding of the operation
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping & hygiene at all times
- Communicating, applying, and enforcing company policies
- Maintaining customer service levels within own areas of responsibility
- Assisting in maintaining shift administration
