To support the stock and systems function across our Hinkley Point operations, we are looking for an experienced Stock and Systems Administrator to join our brand-new warehouse in Weston Super Mare that is Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero. The role will be based in our Warehouse in one of our warehouses: Severn Beach or Brockworth, Gloucester.
The role is required to support the Contract Stock & Systems Manager daily. This is a key role that will be a major part in the day to day running & successful delivery of the contract. The successful individual will need to adopt a safety first / zero harm culture to their working environment.
Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deputising for Stock and Systems Manager as required in their absence
- Supporting the development of the Stock and Systems function across the contract including processes, practices and procedures
- Working with the Technical team to ensure that the care and maintenance of equipment is controlled and regulated throughout the storage life, proactively reporting, and updating schedules
- Ensuring appropriate stock procedures and processes are documented and regularly reviewed to evidence compliance to Licence Conditions
- Delivering the contractual Key Performance Indicators relating to department targets
- Coordinating cycle counting disciplines and producing analytical data from the results that identifies trends and recommends corrective action
- Communicating any systems issues in line with operations system escalation procedure
- Ensuring physical stock is in line with the system through Inventory Management (Inc cycle counting)
- Completing investigations for any discrepancies
- Investigating and resolving any customer, ad hoc stock queries
- Ensure the department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements
The Person:
- Experience of using Warehouse Management Systems. Ideally Manhattan WMS although not essential
- Proficient with MS Office packages, specifically Excel is essential
- Experience of working in a warehouse is beneficial
- Full UK driving license is desirable
