Job Description

Warehouse Colleague Opportunity – Wellingborough. Wincanton Dedicated Grocery is looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team.

Our warehouse operates around the clock—excluding Christmas Day—ensuring shelves are stocked and orders are fulfilled efficiently, thanks to advanced technology and strong team spirit.

Role Details

• Location: Wellingborough
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week); part-time options available including weekends

Pay Rates

Base rate: £12.69 per hour. Night premium: £2.46 per hour. Weekend premium: £1.76 per hour.

• Day shift (04:00–12:00): £13.70

>Day shift (06:00–14:00): £13.04

• Back shift (12:00–20:00): £13.70
• Back shift (14:00–22:00): £14.35
• Night shift (22:00–06:00): £15.50

Your Responsibilities

• Picking, moving, and tracking stock—using MHE or hand
• Utilising digital tools to manage orders
• Maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse environment
• Supporting team members to achieve goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience welcome but not required – training provided
• Reliable, eager to learn, ready for a challenge
• Strong team player

Shift Patterns

• Days: 04:00–12:00 or 06:00–14:00
• Backs: 12:00–20:00 or 14:00–22:00
• Nights: 22:00–06:00
