Wincanton is recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader (nights) for our site in Bellshill in Scotland. In this role you will be responsible for the warehouse operation of key customers.
The hours of work are 10pm - 6am Monday to Friday.
How will you contribute?
- Delegation of daily operational tasks, ensuring workloads are processed efficiently and labour resource utilised effectively.
- Liaising with customers to ensure that all KPIs are exceeded and business demands are fulfilled.
- Liaising with suppliers for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Ensure all work meets with the customer’s specification, the production plan, and the required quality standard.
- Ensure one-to-one communication with the customer is maintained in a timely and professional manner, to ensure that customer priorities are discussed, agreed, and achieved through daily workload planning.
- Recording and reporting of daily/weekly KPIs/Hours/Overtime, as required.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the working areas.
- Ensure that all new team members undergo a full induction and training process.

- Prior experience of the retail industry would be an advantage.
