Warehouse Operative (Thurs-Mon)
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton in Telford, where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. This is a weekend focused role, requiring availability to work on Saturday and Sunday.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

Salary: £28,059.79 per annum
Shift Pattern: Thursday to Monday, permanent mornings at 06:00–14:00

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
- Completing a range of warehouse inventory
- Data input and related admin tasks
- Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse
- Undertaking local deliveries
- Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
- Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations
What will you bring?
- Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
- The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required
- Excellent IT skills
- Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
