Warehouse Operative

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton in Telford, on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. This role involves providing logistics services for our customer RBSL. It is a weekend-focused position, requiring availability to work on Saturday and Sunday.

Note: Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance, which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, and packing stock safely and efficiently
• Completing warehouse inventory tasks
• Data input and administrative tasks
• Cycle counting of stock
• Undertaking local deliveries
• Operating equipment safely, following training
• Collaborating with team members to meet targets

• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses (training provided)
