We are looking to recruit Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough. Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.
Basic rate of pay is £12.27 per hour.
- Night shift premium (6pm-6am) - £2.38 per hour
- Afternoon Shift 14:00-22:00
- Nights shift 22:00-06:00
Rota options below:
- Any 5 out of 7
- Every other Weekend off (4 week rotation)
On site transport option within Wellingborough and surrounding areas available at low cost, option of flexible route possible.
The Role:
- Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
- Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
- Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
- Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
- Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard
