Overview
Wincanton, Branston location. Store to Home Clerk, part-time, 20 hours per week. This role works any 5 out of 7 between 17:00 and 21:00. Salary £13,366.08 per annum + 25% unsocial / weekend premium.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide customers with a high level of service delivery.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in line with SLA criteria and dealt with promptly.
- Manage customer incident calls/emails through to completion.
- Chase information from 3rd party network.
- Maintain specific spreadsheets as required.
- Ensure all paperwork is received and delivered as per KPI/SLA.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers as required.
- Adhere to all procedures and report incidents of non-compliance.
What will you bring?
- Previous customer service experience or NVQ level 3 in Customer Service.
- Motivated with clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and be a team player.
- Well organised with attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Sound IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
