How will you contribute?

  • Carrying out checks to maintain accuracy within pickfaces / storage locations in line with customer expectations.
  • Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to correct and record the event.
  • Checking and recording stock in accordance with customer queries.
  • Large stock adjustment investigations.
  • Ensuring the Warehouse Management System is updated with correct information to correspond with our internet site.
  • Administration of various management reports.
  • Dealing with Goods In queries and Replenishment issues ensuring we deliver customer expectation.
  • Abandonment investigation and reporting.
  • Ensuring stock availability is maximised through unit load investigation.
  • Supporting with iForce returns and QA tasks as required.
  • Ad hoc departmental tasks.

What will you bring?

  • Hard working and enthusiastic, reliable and punctual.
  • Able to work using own initiative & within a team, in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
  • MS Office applications skills (particularly Excel) with the ability to use pivot tables, formulas and analyse data.
  • Literate and numerate with good communication skills and excellent eye for detail.
  • Physically able to carry out manual activities with some heavy lifting.
  • Flexibility around working hours to cover any shift (including nights) where required with sufficient notice given.
