Responsibilities
- Carry out P.I. checks to maintain accuracy within pick faces / storage locations.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, investigate, correct and record using WMS and Microsoft Office.
- Process inbound deliveries: ensure accurate receipt, process paperwork, record delivery information, raise any non‑conformance issues and ensure efficient stock putaway.
- Handle order release: rectify unpickable stock, manage pick faces and locations, ensure system‑generated replenishments, amend order priority and dispatch routes as required.
- Process inter‑site transfer of stock to other sites.
- Investigate unidentified pallets, process damages, conduct QA checks and manage returns.
- Produce detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Work closely alongside other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring
- Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, fast learning and highly flexible.
- PPT, LLOP or Ride On truck licences would be advantageous but not essential.
- PC literate and competent with email and Microsoft Office.
- Extremely accurate, detail conscious with excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Competent user of the RDT and WMS.
- Must have passed 13 week probation.
