Overview
Nestle Purina site at Hams Hall distributes pet food across all of the UK. We have new opportunities for picking and forklift roles for store deliveries and creation of promotional materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound loads
- Pick orders
- Prepare loads for despatch
- Load vehicles using MHE
- Ensure safe, healthy working practices, accuracy and product quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse
- Manual handling knowledge
- Understanding of Quality and Health and Safety Standards
- Ability to work on own initiative
- MHE Licences are advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and good coordination
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- Strong team-building and communication skills to develop good working relationships across teams and with customers
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve processes in line with site Continuous Improvement culture

Salary: £27,358.05 per annum, paid monthly
