Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member (Days) to join us on our Micheldever contract in Greenford. The warehouse team member will work from Monday to Friday to pick and load all customer orders due to be transferred to our Ashford depot in Kent, and also our own local van deliveries.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member (Days) to join us on our Micheldever contract in Greenford. The warehouse team member will work from Monday to Friday to pick and load all customer orders due to be transferred to our Ashford depot in Kent, and also our own local van deliveries.

How will you contribute?

  • Accurately pick goods for transfer to other depots or customers
  • Ensure location information is up to date and accurate when locating goods in the warehouse
  • Carry out stock rotation activities
  • Ensure paperwork is correctly filled out
  • Sorting and placing materials or items onto racks, and shelves
  • Making sure orders are dispatched on time
  • Carrying out spot checks and audits
  • Auditing stock movements across warehouse and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaboration with the wider team to continually improve ways of working & processes
  • Ensure all Legal, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Operational procedures are always adhered to, ensuring the safety of self and others
  • Report any injuries, accidents, and any Health and Safety issues
  • Adhering to procedures and practices according to the training received
  • Participate and be involved in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
