Warehouse Colleague roles paying a great £13.64 per hour, with additional £1.94 per hour between 18.00 and 06.00 and additional £4.17 for hours worked over 160 in a 4-week pay period and Bank Holiday Hours.
Wincanton Dedicated Grocery are recruiting for pickers, packers and loaders to help deliver orders to our customer Sainsburys local convenience stores. Working in a safety-first environment with wellbeing as a key focus, in a multi-temperature environment, we have shifts from permanent nights to rotating, to permanent 07-15 in the freezer and permanent 14-22.
An additional £83.40 is paid as an allowance every 4 weeks if you are either a Counter Balance or Reach Truck operator, or you work in the freezer store.
We are looking for full-time or part-time roles. Full training will be given but experience would be preferred to join our friendly team with safety boots and hi-vis provided.

Person Specification:
- Warehouse experience preferred but not essential – particularly in a multi-temperature environment
- Must be willing to work within a multi-temperature environment (full PPE provided)
- Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
- Motivated and committed
- Driven with high personal standards
- Flexible – shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7
- Adaptable – the role provides a varied working day of multiple tasks
- Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer's service requirements
- The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
- Naturally curious – willing to learn and develop
