We are currently seeking an Invent Clerk for our Segen customer in Hoo, Medway. You will work alongside 5 other clerks (3 on the AM shift, 3 on the PM shift), reporting to the Stock and Systems Manager, and will be responsible for the effective stock management of customer products.
Working Hours: 06:00-14:00
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety for yourself and team members by following safe working practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality, health, and safety standards, to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Communicate updates as requested by the customer.
- Assist with picking issues and maintain the Sin Bin area.
- Support warehouse operations with stock-related issues.
- Complete projects related to stock management.
- Deliver key performance indicators related to stock management.
- Manage customer stock loss to stay within tolerance levels.
- Conduct audit checks, minimize stock damage, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
- Stock management or relevant industrial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong data gathering, cleansing, and summarizing skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical abilities.

- Flexible, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
