Summary And Purpose Of Position: Reporting directly to the Team Leader on shift you will be responsible for ensuring achievement of your daily KPI’s. You will be multi-skilled to ensure your skills can be utilised in multiple areas on site. You will provide input and share best practice to support the current and future operations strategies and assist in the successful implementation of projects impacting on the site. Counterbalance Required.
Shift Pattern rotating: Mon-Fri 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00: Nightshift Sun – Thu 22:00 – 06:00

Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operation meets all requirements by completing each function to the highest quality standards.
- To be responsible for the health and safety of self and your colleagues by ensuring all tasks are carried out to the relevant procedures and by adhering to safe working practices at all times.
- Ensure a high level of communication between colleagues and management is maintained and information flow is of the highest standard.
- Personal hygiene and appearance to be maintained at a professional and acceptable standard at all times.
- Any problems or queries should be raised with your immediate line manager in the first instance.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be worn where appropriate, at all times.
- Any other reasonable request made by the shift manager.
