The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
It is essential to possess administrative skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Complete management of a team of warehouse colleagues, including holidays, timekeeping and training.
- Working closely with all departments, creating a team ethos.
- Maintaining and driving current H&S standards.
- Ensuring warehouse processes are always followed.
- Proactively manage and challenge the warehouse team, using kpi data.
- Liaising with other Shift Managers and providing a comprehensive daily handover document.
- Work closely with and be an extension of the Operations Manager.
- Attend daily meetings and conference calls with internal and external colleagues.
- Conducting Improving Behaviour at Work meetings as and when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Be flexible to amend and cover different shift patterns (holiday/sickness cover etc)

- Excellent attention to detail with a can do attitude.
- Experience of managing a team of people.
- Ability to build relationships with other departments within the network.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work closely as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
