Your Responsibilities:
- Physical Work: This is an active role where you’ll be lifting and moving IKEA products, so being physically fit is important.
- Operate MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment): From MILOP (Medium Level Order Picker) machines to other warehouse tech, you’ll be trained and tested through a Theory and Practical Test to ensure you’re ready.
- Stay Safe: Work in a team-focused environment, following Health & Safety guidelines to ensure everyone stays safe.
- Be a Warehouse Pro: Picking, packing, and dispatching products with speed and accuracy to keep IKEA’s global reputation strong.
- Keep it Clean: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse.
What You’ll Need:
- Physical Readiness: This role involves lifting and moving products, and you’ll need to pass a Manual Handling Assessment to ensure you’re up to the task.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate picking and checking of stock is key.
