Job Description

What does the role involve?

  • Ensuring orders that you are allocated are completed within the required timescales and each task completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Complete all orders with minimal waste and damage of materials.
  • To be responsible for the health and safety of self and your colleagues by ensuring all tasks are always carried out using the relevant procedures and by adhering to safe working practices.
  • You will be required to undertake loading, picking, packing and unloading duties which may involve some heavy lifting.
  • Completing several manual handling tasks and duties safely using pallet trucks and other mechanical handling equipment (MHE).
  • To carry out the preparation of orders accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality level working from advanced technical drawings.
  • Completing quality sign off reviews of all completed jobs manufactured.
  • Completing tasks using a variety of tools and machinery whilst adhering to all Health and Safety Protocol
  • Working collaboratively with other team members and encouraging an outstanding teamwork culture.
